= 30 years of amateur and professional boxing experience and
various mixed martial arts
= Head Boxing Instructor for Gustavo Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Academy training MMA fighters and instructing the youth boxing program
= Created and produced an original self-defense DVD and community
training program for women of all ages, entitled “Girls Gone Safe”
= 14 years of much-loved, veteran head and assistant football coach
for the Pop Warner Virginia Beach Mustangs. In 2005, won 8 state titles and 3rd in the Nation at the ESPN Walt Disney
Wide World of Sports National Football Championships
= Spear-headed and exclusively fundraised for the annual Sid Pearl
football camp in partnership with the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Academy for
at-risk youth ages 8-15
