Course Description: This course will serve as a supervisory development course for law enforcement.The course will meet the needs of those currently in first line supervisory positions and those preparing for advancement.This course includes the study of administrative legal issues, a plethora of leadership principles, interpersonal and organizational communication and much more.
Course Goals and Objectives: To study the importance of the individual in an organization, the management process of working with and through individuals, and groups to achieve organizational goals and objective.To enhance supervisory skills through greater understanding of group dynamics and individual needs.The following areas will also be explored:

·Tactical Deployment of Field Forces
·The Training Function: Problems and Approaches
·The instructional process
There will be in class scenarios; short video clips, pre and posttest will also be administered. After the training is completed, I will give the Training Director a copy of my instructor’s notes and all testing materials.I will train a maximum of sixty students during this presentation.
The total cost of this training, all materials included is only $5000.00 dollars.This price does not include travel expenses.For out of area seminars, travel expenses will be negotiated.
